This site is operated by Somani Realtors Pvt. Ltd. (WBRERA/RA/KOL/2023/000001), the authorised marketing partner for Merlin Avana. This page explains what we collect when you submit an enquiry, why we collect it, and who it reaches.
What we collect
- Details you enter — your name, phone number and, if you choose to provide it, your email address.
- How you reached us — campaign identifiers from the link you clicked (
gclid,utm_source,utm_campaignand similar), the page you landed on and the site that referred you. These are stored in first-party cookies on your device for 30 days and attached to your enquiry so we know which campaign to credit. - Technical data — your IP address, browser and device type, collected by our form provider as part of processing the submission.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email; to share pricing, floor plans, cost sheets and payment plans; to arrange and accompany a site visit; and to measure which advertising campaigns produce genuine enquiries.
Who it is shared with
- Our sales team at Somani Realtors, including our offices in Kolkata, Siliguri, Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Dubai.
- The developer, Merlin Projects Limited, where sharing your details is necessary to register your interest, arrange a site visit or process a booking.
- Service providers who process data on our behalf — Zoho (forms and CRM), Google (advertising measurement) and Meta (WhatsApp Business messaging). They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your details for their own marketing.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and measurement
Alongside the first-party attribution cookies described above, this site loads Google's advertising tag, which sets its own cookies to measure conversions and may be used for remarketing. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the enquiry form will still work.
Consent to be contacted
By submitting an enquiry you authorise Somani Realtors and its representatives to contact you about this project by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email, including where your number is listed on a DNC or NDNC register. You can ask us to stop at any time using the contact details below, and we will act on that request.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained in our CRM for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a registered real estate agent. Campaign cookies expire 30 days after your visit.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, ask us to delete them, or withdraw your consent to being contacted. Write to [email protected] and we will respond.
